Peter is a financial and general management executive with 30 years of domestic and international business experience. His experience with Regent Pacific includes serving as chief financial officer and controller, with responsibilities for financial management, cash management, creditor negotiations, development of workout business plans, and financial and general management in a variety of industries, including retail, technology, and wine.
Peter has expertise in the Sarbanes-Oxley legislation and is a Chartered Accountant (UK). He holds a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University.
