DeDe F. Marchick

DeDe is a strategic merchandising specialist, with 19 years of retail experience and 15 years of scientific research experience. DeDe has been vice-president and divisional merchandising manager at both department store and specialty store companies, responsible for growth in both merchandising and operations. DeDe has founded two firms: an international sourcing company and a medical disease management company. Her broad understanding of retailing and sourcing, her merchandising expertise, her scientific approach to problem solving, and her entrepreneurial attitude provide the basis for improving both merchandising and customer service in retail, wholesale, consumer product and healthcare situations.

DeDe was a senior researcher at Harvard and Stanford Medical Schools where she co-authored numerous papers, wrote a procedure manual and established the renal lab as a profit center.
