George is a senior executive with over thirty-nine years of executive and senior management leadership spanning high-tech start-ups and established public companies. He combines visionary abilities to communicate and motivate with a strong and practical business sense. His depth of experience in marketing, team building, productivity, and process improvement enables him to develop strategies and financial models for client companies in need of operational and financial restructuring. Prior to joining Regent Pacific, George held executive positions with Adhesive Software Incorporated, Borland Software Corporation, MCSB Technology Corporation, OpenConnect Systems and EMCOM Corporation.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Louisiana State University. He has served on the boards of directors of Micrografix, Inc., Object Management Group (OMG), Adhesive Software, Inc., Texas Vineyards, Inc., NewspaperClips.com, Intelliun Corporation, ThermaCode Technology, Inc. and Solid Sound, Inc.
