Tom is a veteran senior executive with over 40 years experience in business, marketing, engineering, operations and strategic planning. Tom has been a part of Regent Pacific Management Corporation since 1984 and has participated in numerous engagements with the firm ranging from consumer retail to high-technology. He has held senior management positions in marketing, engineering and operations, as well as general management of companies in a variety of industries ranging from Fortune 500 divisions to entrepreneurial situations. His career provides a strong record in the restructuring of a number of financially troubled companies, including both successful turnarounds and the orderly wind-down of businesses. Tom has extensive experience in technical and business litigation, both as an advisor to attorneys and as an expert witness. He has been retained in more than twenty matters by either plaintiffs or defendants. In a number of cases, he was subsequently retained in a new matter by the opposing client and/or law firm.
Tom holds five U.S. patents. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronics Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Engineering Science, and as a Sloan Fellow, received a Master of Management degree from Stanford University, Graduate School of Business.
