Jeffery J. Forestier

Prior to joining Regent Pacific, Jeff provided independent consulting and advisory services to private equity, venture capital, and private investors investigating LBO and M&A opportunities in consumer goods and services, primarily in the sporting goods, toy, beverage, health and beauty, healthcare, water purification, and on-line and outdoor advertising industries.

Jeff has over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, and general management, largely working with companies in transition. That change has included transition from entrepreneurial management to professional management, brand revitalization, turnarounds, rapid revenue growth, or early stage start-ups. Jeff has done this in large international companies like Namco Ltd (a $1b+ public company), middle market growth companies like CareerBuilder (CareerPath), Microprose (a $100m+ public software company), as well as smaller private companies. His core expertise has been with branded products selling through mass market and specialty channels of distribution, but more recent work has been in direct-to-consumer services and B2B companies both on-line and off line.

Jeff holds degrees in Economics and Agriculture Science specializing in enology from the University of California, Davis.
