
Regent Pacific assigns a team of corporate level professionals appropriate to the specific requirements of the assignment. We utilize the client company’s resources and personnel where possible. We focus on optimizing performance and driving shareholder value. During the first few weeks of our deployment, our team develops a Situational Analysis. Based on that assessment, a strategic operating plan is developed and presented to the Board of Directors. The operating plan includes a financial analysis, strategic alternatives, a budget, timetables and milestones. Upon concurrence of the Board, our team immediately begins implementation. Throughout the implementation phase we communicate regularly with the Board of Directors.
While Regent Pacific charges a monthly fee for service, the majority of our compensation is based on the attainment of milestones or project goals that create incremental shareholder value. We believe this compensation structure is unique among turnaround firms and directly aligns our interests with that of the shareholder.
